Well, I suppose one could elevate mac'n'cheese to "fine" by using (say) gorgonzola with pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, and roasted garlic for the cheese sauce, over bow-tie pasta.
On the other hand, the cover photo does look suspiciously like the more traditional "Velveeta, elbows, and breadcrumbs" version from school cafeterias.
... and one could elevate hot dogs to ambrosia by turning them into cocaine-hotdog-shaped holes -- covering hot-dogs in cocaine and removing the hotdogs after the cocaine has set, but is that what we want?
